- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I like that the service is friendly and helpful when I need a new card or to do deposits for work. That being said, if you don't you an M&T ATM you not only get charged a surcharge for the ATM but M&T charges you three dollars in addition to the ATM surcharge. This means I'll end up paying around five or six dollars in surcharges every single time I use a non-M&T ATM. Kind of ridiculous in my opinion.By Kevin Carney, August 23, 2017
