    Some of the bus drivers are rude to customers, and when you run for the bus, some driver's just pill off for no reason. Some are nice, but a a lot of them are just plain rude.

    Way to rep the city......July 4th....Canalside......the public was told additional buses would be running.....LIE! Had to wait with children 45 minutes for the 5 bus and then barely got on! Maybe you should be looking for a new transportation coordinator! I would have been better off taking my car!
